We try our very hardest to give you the best experience when you come to our cafe, but there are days when things might not go as planned. We might be unexpectedly under-staffed or experiencing a rush of customers at the one time. When things like this happen, your experience might not have been what we hoped. Please let us know straight away if something isn’t up to par, and we will do our very best to help on the spot so that you don’t leave disappointed.
